Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We run this business to get you to enjoy the outdoors with your friends and family and our products are intended to bring you enjoyment, satisfaction and function. But stuff happens, we get it.
If you receive a product other than what you ordered, your order is incomplete or it is damaged, contact us right away and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
All products (except Penthouse Tents): Can be returned in a new, unused condition in original packaging 30 days from the order date with prior agreement case by case basis. A 10% restocking fee applies to all freighted products: Roof Racks, Drawer systems, Tourtop Covers. A refund, less costs, will be applied to your account within 2 weeks of receipt of items after inspections has concluded.
Cost of return shipping is for the customer's account and cost of return shipping will be removed from the final refund.
Penthouse Tents: Pre-order cancellation prior to shipping incurs a 10% deposit cancellation fee. In-stock tents can be returned in a new, unused condition in original packaging 15 days from the freight delivery date but will incur a 20% restocking fee, return freight is for the customer's account with our approved freight partners.
Outbound shipping is not refundable.
There are certain situations when no refunds are granted and all sales are final:
- "Open items" - previously returned product or product missing original packaging. May show signs of usage.
- Demo and Reviewed products - products which have been demo'd by potential customers and/or tested and reviewed by media outlets.
- Custom / "Made-to-Order" items
